In economics, touching bottom is when you stop falling and start to go up. For me, is to realize what stupid I am, and start doing action to change direction. It's a long way, GOD BLESS ME, because I don't have the strength to even start to change. I'm scare to death. I'm hungry, I'm hopeless, and ALONE. I stand by myself. No one before me.
